Did You Use All Your Vacation Days Last Year?

In our first poll for June, the vast majority of respondents (nearly 71 percent) said they did not use up all their allotted vacation days last year. Nearly 24 percent said they did, and one respondent, representing nearly 6 percent of the vote, said they didn't get any vacation time last year.

The Green-ness of Your Organization, Part 2

In May, we asked readers to identify some of the practices, if any, that their organization uses to lessen its environmental impact, as well as to save money. This follow-up poll for June asked the biggest impact their measures have had. Somewhat surpring was the fact that most respondents (60 percent) said they've boosted the value of their firms' brand; we thought saving money might have been no. 1. Next in line, 40 percent of respondents said their green practices have made a difference in their communities.
