The Green-ness of Your Organization
In our sole Web Poll for May, we received an unexpected, overwhelming response that respodents' organizations are already on top of "green" trends – 90 percent of them said their enterprise uses some combination of the seven measures we listed below. One respondent said their company only explores the energy savings of having employees turn off computers and office equipment at the end of each day.
Currently >50% of the mortgage brokers in the U.S./nationwide leverage our technology. Our recent reports show they generate anywhere up to 8000 loan applications per hour each workday (electronic forms).
When mortgage brokers and mortgage banks use our software and web services, they complete electronic mortgage applications and procure other services electronically. Our technology allows the mortgage originators working w/ consumers to file loan applications, receive fax to image documents, order and receive electronic credit, appraisal and title reports, and submit and lock mortgage loans with lenders -- all electronically. Like IRS E-filing.
The more that is done electronically reduces paper consumption throughout the process and with the multiple vendors who are involved to close a mortgage loan. We've had UC Berkeley MBA program evaluate our technology and calculate how much paper/trees this saves.
